Is there any platform that allows dollar-cost averaging investment to S&P 500 ETFs (SPY or RSP) like the local POSB Invest Saver or OCBC BCIP program to STI ETF?

You can use FSMONE to RSP into VOO or IVV for exposure into S&P. Usually the commission is 0.08% min USD 1 but I am aware that they are having a promotion for a limited time where they waived the commission.

Im thinking of consolidating my POSB Invest Saver $400 and OCBC BCIP $500 into 1 RSP to minimise charges. Should I park it under FSMOne given its low fees? Should i invest in 2/3 ETFs or just 1?
