Since I don't think I will have any transferrable skills to any future jobs.

Hi Anon,

Like what the others have mentioned, you've gained something valuable nonetheless and that's experience. As cliche as it may sound, any experience is good experience. So don't think that you've wasted your time in this current workplace because you haven't.

Whether you should leave earlier or not, you'll have to gauge and decide if your time spent there is worth it. But something you'll have to keep in mind is that the current climate is, unfortunately, less favourable to job seekers and this is something to prepare yourself for when trying to find a new job now. You can look around in the meantime and if something fitting comes up, you can then reconsider again. All the best.

No experiences are a waste - you'll never know when it'll come in handy one day. It may not be the specific skills you think off right now but more on the soft skills like problem solving, time management and so on.
