I've been working non-stop ever since poly days. I feel like taking leaves from my job is not enough to recover.

From a HR perspective, will it look bad to have a gap of not working or what will HR view my resume?

They will most likely ask you why you have that gap. However, if you can convince them and prove to them that you took the break for a valid reason (like finding what you want to truly do), it's okay for you to have a break. Jus don't give them the idea you will leave whatever job u applied for to have another break. All the best!

  • 80% of stress come from work (Pareto principle). But if we dont work, 100% of stress will come from no money.😒

  • Will look bad, if quiting your job and jobless for long period of time without valid reason. Burn out may not be a good reason, as interviewer may think you cant handle stress.....
  • So you better have a convincing reason why you are taking a break, like further studying, family member need special care..... Have a convincing story 1st
