How to know when I am comfortable enough to stop work or take on a lower pay job?

I am 45. Will reach more than ERS. CPF Life will give me >2k/month plus I have sufficient savings planned from age 65 to 90 to reach what I need in retirement. Does it mean right now I can pretty much just do what I like (semi retire)? Are there other things to consider?

There are some considerations:

any existing debt that may be affected with lower income
savings for future renovations/home repairs
health/insurance needs
whether you have set a realistic budget (and accounted for inflation)

I've been working non-stop ever since poly days. I feel like taking leaves from my job is not enough to recover.

Would like to know how many months on average do people find a job? Should i take up a job which does not pay much or wait for the right job with acceptable pay (to me)?

My job is manageable, workplace not toxic but the only thing which is not so ideal is the salary. It is enough to live comfortably no fancy expenses etc. Should i look for a higher pay job?

Is anyone else anxious, but you know you can't take a break off work because the economy isnt great? If you were to leave your workplace, it's no guarantee you can find another job.
