My job is manageable, workplace not toxic but the only thing which is not so ideal is the salary. It is enough to live comfortably no fancy expenses etc. Should i look for a higher pay job?
Should i be contented or jump? My peers are earning more than me.

Mostly higher pay equal higher responsibilityes unless you are lucky enough to get one with higher pay, and same current working envrionment. A job that could stay for longer period will also depending on your manager/supervisor.
