Are all desk bound jobs meaningless? Feels like I'm not adding value in my job and a waste of time. However, i can't quit cause I'm supporting family and working towards financial freedom.

Try to learn more skills from the seniors during the traineeship. It is the best time to adapt into working adult world. during this time, I am sure that you also have time to learn new skills from online courses.

Being a millennial myself, I can identify with the struggles of being in a non-productive/non- progressive workplace. I was in such a place for about 2 years of my working life. It was well needed at that time considering the phase of life that I was in and needed more work-life balance.

We should be thankful that we can be privileged enough to think about fufilment of work and not just an instrument to exchange your time with money. Many out there do not have such opportunities.
