I have been using Viewqwest for the past 1.5 years, so far I didn't have any major issue like those that appears in newspaper LOL. Those big boys have a larger customer base so probably will have more room for issue I guess.

Well, this is after Starhub has a day of disruption.
So i guess even the big boys can have problems...

Been using for few years, all along was ok. few months back heard that the CS department have went from bad to worse. Recently i did encounter it myself, Recently they have a migration that ask us to do a swap ourself on the modem. They did not mention that after the swap we have to called in to do a manually activation or something. My OneVoice was down the whole week. Called in and OneVoice got working but the bandwidth drop drastically on the net. Call in again. But was told by them 700 mbps start was the acceptable range. Before migration, my bandwidth was at the high 800 to mid 900mbps range and they insist that that was correct.
ps. none of my device was change other than that modem send by VQ.
