Hello, I am intending to book skydiving activity at NZ online. Since it will be a foreign transaction that is travel-related, I cannot pair Citibank Rewards card with Amaze since travel-related does not earn miles.
I am thinking of Citibank cashback+ 1.6% cash rebates but I saw Singsaver mentioned that Amaze has a 1.5% to 2% fx spread which means I wont earn any rebates right!
Now we cannot use Grabpay to top up youtrip card so youtrip card also cannot earn rebates though the exchange rate will be better than Amaze.
I have ICBC Global Travel card which charge 2.5% foreign transaction fee & with 3% cash rebates for foreign transaction, I can still earn 0.5% rebates.
Does this mean I should use ICBC card for my travel-related foreign transaction?
Please advice if there are other better ways, thank you.

Would you be able to pay for anything-anything with a foreign card? I remember having some issues with my card in Tx when I've came to a shooting range to test stuff out(was thinking of bringing one or two hunting rifles from https://gritrsports.com/shooting/firearms/rifles/ back to Canada from visiting my uncle) back to Canada with me).
