I am interested to find out whether if there's a platform to invest property outside of Singapore. Countries like Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam.

I am sure there are crowdfunding/crowdsourcing platforms within those countries. Google will be helpful. And some might be open to foreign investors.
However I would caution that you find out more about the platforms, risks and local landscape before investing any money.

If you need allocation from a portfolio allocation perspective, getting invested in property REITs domiciled in the country of choice would probably be a better and less risky proposition. Morningstar, SeekingAlpha are good sites to take a look at for starters. A large reason is that buying very specific properties in countries where you do not have the need for utility is exposed to risks such as regulation, policy laws, taxation, foreign ownership rule changes, and country-specific risks.
Just take a look at the foreign investments made across our shore in the past few years by some of our locals, I would say that not many actually made any life-changing profit. In fact, many are stuck with the "asset" which ultimately became a liability. Overseas property investments are often presented as "easy" when they are most of the time, not.
The above is to illustrate the adage, "do your due diligence".
Property is not a passive vehicle like most would think, it is a vehicle that requires active management for it to realize it's fullest potential.
