Is there investing platforms out there which allows you to invest in startups?

Currently vested in a platform run by the corporate arm of the smrt feedback vigilante group. Went in when they opened up their cryptocurrency fund and switched over to their new platform which invests in their own projects / micro businesses / start ups. From what i know this is currently closed off for new funding but it may be open to public investors soon.
