Hi all, I have read a blog on seedly's blog looking to invest in Startup. If you have invested on these platforms? what is your experience and It is safe to invest oversea startup companies?

I did not invest through these platforms, but i did invest in startup through other spv. how would you define "safe"? capital? management?

even listed companies can go bankrupt and management can mismanaged. as with a lot of things, high risks, high returns. the potential may be huge, but you could also lose all. and worse, if you are a only a small time investor, legal discourse will be expensive, you have to know that the big fishes have team of lawyers waiting to draw blood.
