Are we allowed to purchase properties overseas for investment reasons from tenants? Or is this act subjected to any limitations and law?

I met a property broker offering good deals within the South East Asian region. I am interested to invest in foreign properties because of its affordability and potential in their locations.

if you're own of HDB / EC, then as long as you fulfill (stayed in ) the HDB /EC for 5 years (MOP - minimum occupation period), then you CAN biy foreign property for investment purposes.
