Hi Rohit,
Firstly I'll need to find out if your spouse is currently pregnant or are you planning for an addition to the family more than 10 months later?
1) If she's currently expecting, you can purchase a maternity plan to cover for pregnancy complication costs or a payout in the event of of the mother or hospitalizations costs of mother or child, plus any diagnosed congenital illnesses of the child.
Note that delivery costs are not covered for.
These plans are provided by local insurers like AXA, AIA, NTUC Income, Manulife, Aviva.
2) If she's not currently expecting, you can purchase a pregnancy policy that will cover delivery costs, gynae visits, and any complications including miscarriage.
This plan is provided by an international health insurer like Bupa and has to be purchased before conceiving.
I would suggest speaking to an independent financial advisor for a comparison.

I think we might need to understand the coverage you are seeking.
Hospitalisation do cover selected pregnancy complications (noted by the waiting period of 1 year normally too) for mother.
Pregnancy insurance (specifically to cover expenses due to pregnancy complications etc for baby). There are standalone or life insurance bundled.
Do talk to an IFA for more info because there are just too many to list out and require a lot of time for me at least (even though i did the comparison 2 years ago for locals).
