Hi there Yuan,

General rider can only added on if you have the basic care rider for your AXA Shield policies. These are the old shield policies, where your coverage would be for 100% of your co-payment and deductibles.

If you are hospitalised, and fufil the inpatient requirements, you will not need to come out of pocket for your treatments.
