Constantly feeling tired at work, cant get up in the morning. Not sure what’s causing this fatigue, could be burn out but really feeling v lethargic every day. Any one experienced this?

Wondering anyone experienced this and took any supplements etc?

Im trying to exercise too and get at least 7 hours of sleep. Trying to adjust sleep pattern to turn in arnd 12am instead of 1/2am.

Appreciate all recommendations (supplements, changes in lifestyle, seen any therapists or doctors) to help cope with this fatigue.. thank you 🙏🏻

I had a similar experience years back; it was a burnt out and it's a vicious cycle.

Consult a doctor first if you haven't done so, to rule out medical reasons as the root cause.

If you're physcially healthy, take stock of your life - it could due to family and/or work related. Nevertheless, the important thing is to think positive and tackle issues in an objective manner; slowly resolve them bit by bit. Be Happy.

Could it be the work that you do is burning you out? You may want to try yoga! Was feeling mentally burnt out and my friend introduced yoga to me - trust, I sleep way better at night now. It also improves my overall mental health. Sometimes, I go for walks in the park and take a breather when work is getting too hectic. Nature really heals!
