My bag was damage due to my travel back in February. Even though my bag I bought is in another countries currency. I am still able to receive the claim but not at the price i bought due to currency conversion are not so competitive.0

ERGO TravelProtect Deluxe Plan
Probably the best annual plan available on the market. They offer adventure sports cover and pre-existing cover for no extra cost. ERGO seems to be an unknown brand in Singapore at first but upon some research I found that its actually a Munich Re company and among the top travel insurers worldwide. Seamless buying online from their website. Claim experience was also super, submitted online and received the payout via bank transfer within 2 weeks. Highly recommended.0

[Purchase Process] First time bought travel insurance with ERGO. After comparing travel policies at Go Bear and decided to go with ERGO. [Customer Service] Upon travel plan cancel, I wrote in to request for cancel/refund.however it wasn't straight way! as the reply was underlining terms and conditions. i had to prove other travel insurer refund their customer due to air travel suspension. After couple of email exchange finally I got my refund.1
