[Commission Rates] One of the lowest commission rates of all brokers, $0.35 per trade (Tiered -Highly recommended!). [User Interface] Not the best user interface and no live market data. However, its easy to use (once you got used to it) app [Customer Service] Top-notch customer service. super friendly staffs and have you will get connected to an agent talking to you. [Market Access] One of the few broker in SG with the widest range of market access. [Fractional Shares Access] For retail investors, we small capital up-front. [Forex Fess - Currency Conversion] Very transparent - Google Rate. SGD$2+ for converting one currency to another which is very good.0

Cheapest broker out there if you intend to invest >100k. The problem is it looks confusing. But the app is good! Better UX there. Theres a SG office in case if youre worried. Other problem is online chat is almost always busy but... once you email them they reply quite fast! Got my replies in 1 work day probably because they have ppl working 24/50

Main selling point is that the commission is super cheap. The platform fee of $10/month may seem a lot at first but if your portfolio is >100k USD or if you're under 26 years old the platform fee becomes $3/month. The platform fee can also be covered by trading commissions, so the more trades you make a month, the platform fee to be paid for that month will be reduced accordingly.0
