[Insurance Coverage] Not the most comprehensive But if couple buy, include free coverage for child till age 20. Not the cheapest plan around.5

[Agent Responsiveness] So far so good no claim is made. Agent is rather helpful when I what's app him. [Policy Changes] Bought this in 2016 before they changed to 95% co-payment. They should keep the premium low in order for low income family to be fordable. However this kind of insurance is keep on increasing due to age.0

[Claims Process] I have been with Aviva MyShield and My Health for more than 5 years. Claims were usually quite prompt, receive claims within 2 weeks. Hassle free hospitalization because of LOG. Thank you Aviva0

[Purchase Process] I have this policy which has been in-force since 1 Mar 2013 . At that time, because of my pre-existing medical conditions, I have some difficulties getting an integrated shield plan. Fortunately I was able to sign up this policy with Moratorium Underwriting. [Terms & Conditions] For the Moratorium Underwriting, to continue to be covered, I must survive without major conditions that relates to my pre-existing one for the next 5 years. Nothing happened for the past 5 years after the policy inception, and I am still covered as at this day.2
