Great debit card for students. Application can be done quickly online through My-info and there is a wide range of available card designs for students to choose. There is also a 1% rebate on this card and what is cool about OCBC ATM's is that you can actually withdraw money without bringing out your card through OCBC Payanyone! The eligibility for this card is that you have to be at least 16y/o and no min. income is required when you apply for this card and there are no annual fees for this card.1

Easy application process! I really think its useful for Fresh Grads as OCBC is the only bank that currently allows for withdrawing of money w a QR code, definitely saved me many times so I wouldn't need to bring my card out0

I mainly use this for ATM services. The queue for OCBC ATM is always shorter than the ones from DBS/POSB. You can withdraw money from an UOB ATM. Besides that, the minimum withdrawal amount is $10 instead of $20 like the ones from DBS/POSB.0

I have been using my frank card for quite a few years, back when I was a student. Applying for a frank card, you will have to open a frank account first. If I did not remember wrongly, before the age of 26, you do not need to maintain a minimum amount of money in the frank account. And once over the age of 26, the minimum amount to maintain in the account is $500 which is not a big sum of money comparing with some other accounts that require you $1,000. On top of this, using the frank card entitle you with rebates on all purchases made using on the card. What’s more, you get to choose your own card design. They have quite a number of designs for you to choose from. This account most benefit the student as well as fresh grads who may not have a large sum of money to maintain within the account. Also, who are looking for a personalize rebate card.0

card was prone to scammers/hackers previously and ocbc changed the card subsequently. though amount was negligible, ocbc response was rather slow in their mailbox and calls always busy0
