    DBS Visa Debit Card

DBS everyday card is the best. After use it I cancelled all my other credit cards. Because can paybill on the DBS app itself. So convenient. Unlike other cards, have to pay bill on machine. And the rebate is really high and real money, can use in many place, I always use in shengsiong market, unlike other cards, give useless points, and can only use to claim vouchers and those vouchers can only be used in those branded shops, which majority ppl don’t use it.

Overall good service I am a happy customer with DBS for almost 6 years and DBS never disappoints me. Have explored more products and services like DBS multiplier Vickers and credit cards I can say the offering are much better and far more compelling then other providers in the market. Keep going DBS :)

    DBS Visa Debit Card

DBS Visa Debit Card is the best debit card for me! It gives generous 3% cashback on most of my spending! It can do everything, from NETS to Visa Contactless, Google Pay and SimplyGo! The only debit card I need! I highly-recommend DBS Visa Debit Card to everyone :)

    DBS Visa Debit Card

I have used other credit/debit cards before but they did not offer rebates as attractive as DBS Visa Debit Card. I got $10.13 from my SPENDINGS last month. Yep, DBS gave me money when I spend!? It’s as if I had a meal for free. It’s the only card I’m using for my expenses now, as it also forces me to save quite a bit because I’m limited to withdraw less than $200 each month. Some restaurants and cinemas also hold Visa offers like 5% off your total bill by using Visa etc. It allows me to save on some bills while using my debit card at the same time. Have been a loyal kids account holder w POSB and now as a working adult I’m loyal to DBS :))))

    DBS Visa Debit Card

DBS Visa Debit Card was the first ever debit card I had and been using it ever since. Application process was fast and smooth either through online or can be done at the branches as well. I prefer going down to the branch as I was able to get it on the spot and have it ready to use. It is a very good card for first timers looking to own a debit card as it does not have any fee e.g. annual fee tied to it. Which is great and also one of the plus point that I choose to use it. I use this card daily for my NETs, Visa Paywave and SimplyGo transactions. It is really convenient and I am also able to get 3% cashback from at least $400 and keeping withdrawal below $400 monthly. Which is good as I seldom withdraw cash these day with online shopping and shops allowing contactless payments. They also offer linked to the DBS Multi-Currency Account but I do not use a MCA so I am not able to comment on that experience but I think it is a good way to spend money overseas without incurring much FX fees. I would prefer it to have more perks that targets the youths or other deals and perks that are specific to the card to make it more attractive. Yes, there are other cards out there that are great or even better but with 1% cash back and all. However, I would say that there are many people with POSB/DBS accounts and this is a good upgrade from a normal ATM card for those that still hold an ATM card. Overall, I would say this is a very good basic debit card that anyone can apply and use it for convenience with some rebates when using it. This is good for an entry level card for youths and students.

Honestly, I wouldn't say there is a lot of difference between the 2 cards because they both give 3% cashback on contactless spending. However, the NUSSU card is a mastercard and the other is Visa (not a lot of difference in that). The DBS Visa debit card is more convenient to be used overseas as it works in 11 foreign currencies. If you are already holding onto the DBS Visa debit card, I would think there is no need to change to the NUSSU one because there is no particular outstanding feature of it.

Hi Chloe, the 3% cashback is only eligible for Contactless transactions (e.g. Paywave, Samsung Pay, etc.) with a minimum spending of $400 and keeping cash withdrawals below $400. So, online spending would not be able to enjoy the 3% cashback.
