      UOB Lady's Card

I have the UOB Lady's card for 22 years. For years I kept the card to accumulate flight mileage and for the occasional freebies. Largely also because it is the only Lady's card in the market and partly due to the design of the card. Just received the newly designed card today. Totally hate it. The color! gosh. is this the best color to define the independent female? Hope UOB will come up with a new color soon.

      UOB Lady's Card

One of the oldest card in market.. Signed up in the past because of its card design and marketing for women's use.. But alas over the years it has been a very lousy card in terms of benefits and rewards.. Only reason for keeping it is bc I have it for many years.. Need to spend $5 in order to earn 1 point..

Rates for miles were great but super sneaky policy. My annual spend qualified for fee waiver but instead of charging me the annual fee in my bill, UOB took the liberty to deduct my accumulated miles to pay for fee waiver?!? When I asked for my miles back as I would hv no issues paying for the fee in cash, they refused. & worst part was they didn’t even let me know or asked my to approve the deduction of miles, UOB went ahead to deduct those points and it was only months later when I checked my miles point did I realise a huge deduction was made. What in the world?!? This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced
