[Miles Card] Not a bad card. Min spending 500 to get 20k miles.. other bank cards like dbs need to spend above 1k to get it... hard. But need to wait 3 months for the miles...Good

I am not sure what's wrong with the customer service team. I apply this card for 1 month ago, still no status yet.

Short story: Annual fees charged within 3 months, and not waiveable. Unprofessional customer service officer. Charged annual fee within few months. The only way of request fees waiver is to call in, spend long time interactive with robot and waited for nearly a week received sms told me that request not approved and need to call in for more details. So I call in again and after a long conversation the customer service officer and they told me that my fee waiver request is approved and the annual fees will be waived off within few working days. After 10 days the annual fees still yet to waive off, so I call in again, the customer service officer told me that because the card is applied from SingSaver so they are not able to waive off my annual fees. Duh.... Tired......
