[Purchase Process] Bought the policy through the Income website and the whole process was very straightforward and quick. Policy documents and information could be viewed on the Income mobile app the following day. App is easy to use! [Others] Price point is reasonable as well compared to my previous motor insurance (bought along with the car)0

Have been using NTUC for my car insurance for three years now, after switching out from AIG (which I had to use as part of the car purchase). Just renewed it for a year again because I think it's still very reliable. Many people have reviewed it and said the same, which I guess brings peace of mind even though it may seem wiser to switch to another provider offering a slightly cheaper annual cover. In the end, peace of mind matters more than a bit of savings especially if something unfortunate happens and you need to submit a claim. I had to submit one claim during the past two years but thankfully NTUC made it very painless and quick. Online platform for checking policy details and so on is easy to use and no issues thus far. Haven't had to deal with customer service on a regular basis (which is a good thing) but on those instances where I had to, it was fuss free. Helps that there's a workshop near my house just in case anything needs to be done.0

We have been renewing our car insurance with ntuc for quite a no of years, my hubby a few times get into accidents sometimes his fault sometimes the other party but so far we make claims have been smooth sailing as with the help of the CS if we not sure will call and check with them. That why for these few years we stick to ntuc instead of spending time trying to find the cheapest deal as amount not much different so why bother to change.1

Hands down the best car insurance with their value for money plans and five star customer service. Bought my first car insurance with them 6 years back and have never looked back. [Customer Service] On the spot quotation and purchase of plans online. There is a hotline if you need your questions answered too. You will get your soft copy on purchase (good for those times you need to make an urgent purchase/ or road tax renewal). Hard copy would be sent to your doorsteps in a few days. Walk in counters are available islandwide too, which is good for those IT illiterate (the parents). The CSO on duty are always helpful in getting the best plan that suits you. Never pushy. [Insurance Coverage] Really competitive prices. Might be a few dollars more than the cheapest price out there but definitely worth every cents you are paying with all the extra benefits that comes with it. [Roadside Assistance] This is the number one reason why I'm sticking with them. I had a motorcycle accident (self skid; rainy weather) a few years back. I gave them a call and The Orange Force came within a few minutes. He assisted in pushing my bike to a safer location and then started marshalling the traffic to make sure everyone is safe. Before he left, he called a reputable tow company, gave me a bottle of water and a taxi voucher so that I could go home safely. I'm not sure if any other insurance company can compete with this kind of 5 star roadside assistance. [Claims Experience] Had a few other claims. Brought my car to their workshop. Easy and fuss free process guaranteed.0

What Kind Of Add-Ons Are Available With NTUC Income Car Insurance?

1. No Claim Discount Protector
- Your 30% and above NCD is protected for any accident involving any of your authorised drivers, for all types of claims
- If you buy NTUC car insurance at 50% NCD for at least 2 consecutive years, your NCD Protector will be free when you renew from the third year onwards
2. Daily Transport Allowance
- S$50 is claimable from the first day of repair, up to a maximum of seven days
- Most insurance companies require a minimum duration of repairs to be at least 3 days, and have a maximum cap of 10 days
3. Overseas Coverage Extension Rider
If you often drive across the causeway with your family, consider opting for the extension rider for driving overseas.
- Applicable for any other named drivers and passengers
- Covers personal accident, emergency medical evacuation, medical expenses and repatriation
- Provides 24-hour phone assistance and/or on-site support in the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown or accident
- This rider covers West Malaysia and up to 80 km after the border of Thailand only excluding Republic of Singapore
