[Insurance Coverage] My parents inquired to add an additional driver (me) under Budget Direct, end up they cancel the policy under the pretext of "the additional driver might secretly drive the car and get into accident, hence cannot cover". So in 6 days time, they will cancel my parents' policy and we can't even drive the car. Totally rubbish company. Think twice before you insure with them. Price is cheap but they will also treat you like a cheapo.0

[Claims Experience] 1. Difficult to make claims and always finding a reason not to honour claims. 2. Inspite of all the gimmicks, BD premiums were $200 more than India International Insurance.2

i've signed up for budgetdirect for 2 years now. 1st year they gave me a flashpay card to use but the 2nd year they did not. however, they were the cheapest for me so i stuck with them. not sure about the claims as i have not done any. hopefully i wont need to.1
