Late Payment Fees

If you missed a scheduled payment, you will be charged an administration fee and freeze your account until the outstanding amounts are paid. To reactivate your account, you will be charged a $20 fee. If this reactivation fee and payment is not paid within seven days, an additional $10 fee will be charged. In Singapore, the maximum administrative fee is capped at S$60 per transaction.

      Atome app is easy to use. There are many merchants and discount vouchers. They allow you to buy now pay later using debit or credit card First time sign up gives you $10 voucher when you spent $40. There are tied out many merchants like zalora, shein and ezybuy. So far so good.

      [Customer Service] Atome station onboarding/support/sales personnel at key merchants’ retail outlets. I had a smooth onboarding experience when purchasing a pair of Levi’s Jeans. [Discount] They provide $10 to $20 incentives for first-time customers. [Mobile App][Billing] The journey from app download to sign up/account creation to applying the first time customer discount and finally, making the payment was seamless. Instalment payments are deducted automatically from your bank account/credit card.

      I signed up for an account as their brand ambassador approached me at Sephora. Decided to try out one purchase and the monthly payments went smoothly. An SMS will be sent to you one day before the monthly payment takes place. However, the marketing of their service is really aggressive with their constant app notifications and email ads. Although they admittedly have a ton of attractive vouchers, I decided to switch off the excessive notifications as it felt like they were just promoting mindless consumerism. I highly do not recommend the app for shoppers who find it difficult to control their spending. Moving forward, I will only open the app if I have something in mind and to check if the app offers a deal with the brand I want to buy from.
