Scam company all out to charge late fees . Your model of business is wait for people to late 1 day and then charge late fees . Email , sms , message for support no respond at all . Wtf . I will not use atome any more and I will not allow my friends and families to fall for your trap !0

Atome is reallly easy to use, but TOO easy you forget to see the negative side. the amount of interest is crazy, i had 25 transactions owing , total 1.6k , out of that i would say 2/5 amt is the interest due to my many transactions and $15 they have added. their harassment was crazy , everyday calling and whats apping but dodgy as they refuse to answer and provide my breakdown of payments. Hey, I was itchy finger and selected Atome as an instalment payment method when I was buying some online stuff. Linked the payment to my Apple Pay. Got the shock of my life and felt like I was harassed by loan shark when the second payment did not auto deduct and receive a ‘“loan shark “ like call insisting that I pay. But if you cannot deduct it cant be my fault?!!!. It was linked to my Apple Pay!! I paid all outstanding at one go. Avoid this Atome at all cost!! I will treat the $15 late payment fee as a lesson learnt. 🥹🥹🥹 no more itchy finger… Purchase was $90+2

It was relatively easy to sign up and start using. I used Atome to pay for my Clarks shoes in 3 instalments. I wish there are more instalment plans offered (6 months? 12 months?), and more rewards/offers. I don't see Atome in a lot of places yet.0

It’s is a super super super bad app. It is nice at the start u try to use this app. But after few transactions, it will block ur account. I have so many friends already get in this situation and none of 1 time atome give me an explain. It’s so bad service. And my brother he just want to register account, haven’t start to use, already been blocked. I feel so speechless. And I wanna said, these friends can’t use atome not because of too much transaction. All of them has clear all the amount paid but still suddenly been blocked by no reason. I have been blocked already more that half year, and still atome didn’t wanna get me to unblock. So everyone here please be more caution. 1-3 order from atome is okay, but more I am super super not recommended this app. Cuz is too suck. 🙃 and the service too0
