Atome is reallly easy to use, but TOO easy you forget to see the negative side. the amount of interest is crazy, i had 25 transactions owing , total 1.6k , out of that i would say 2/5 amt is the interest due to my many transactions and $15 they have added. their harassment was crazy , everyday calling and whats apping but dodgy as they refuse to answer and provide my breakdown of payments. [Customer Service] Atome station onboarding/support/sales personnel at key merchants’ retail outlets. I had a smooth onboarding experience when purchasing a pair of Levi’s Jeans. [Discount] They provide $10 to $20 incentives for first-time customers. [Mobile App][Billing] The journey from app download to sign up/account creation to applying the first time customer discount and finally, making the payment was seamless. Instalment payments are deducted automatically from your bank account/credit card.0

I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews here. But that's mainly because I didn't experience the customer service experience that many 1 star reviewers went through. On my end, this was truly a "use it and forget about it" service. I've used Atome for quite a number of offline and online purchases, and it has so far been exactly what it promised to do -- Split payment into 3 instalments with 0% interest. The months after the purchase, the payment is auto-deducted from my credit card. Pretty no-frills and convenient I'd say. I've never missed an instalment payment so I can't speak about the customer service experience one gets when that happens. I personally do think the rewards programme in Atome is underwhelming. I don't often make big ticket item purchases so the point accumulation is slow, and the low value rewards require very high points to exchange. In the end, I just don't bother about the rewards programme anymore.0
