Summary
Late Payment Fees
If the payment is not received by the due date, an initial late payment of $10 will be levied, and a further $1 per day if the payment remains unpaid after the due date. For each transaction below $40, a maximum of one $10 late fee may be applied per instalment payment. For each transaction of $40 or above, the late fees of each instalment payment that may be applied are capped at 25% of the original transaction value or $60, whichever is less.

Lousy app. The redeem button disappear from the app, then cannot redeem the points. Highlight to customer service. Points expired havent resolve the issue.0

[Billing] Would highly advise that people not use it. Late fees after late payment for 24 hours. Had to cancel my existing credit card as I was switching to a new credit card. I was able to add my new credit card to the app, but unable to change an existing purchase to the new credit card. Was at work doing a 30 hour shift when the notification came asking me to change the payment and the next thing I know a late fee was charged. Wrote to them requesting to waive, was informed to pay the late fees and to note that it will affect my credit score if I don’t pay up. Compared to grab pay, hoolah, atome, the app was not as easy to navigate, late fees harsh, and customer service poor. If you were encouraged by a merchant to use pace, just don’t do it.0

[Hidden Costs] Purchased a mobile set with their merchant. Mobile sold in Telco or Apple is $1299 nett for a iPhone 12 64gb Sold me at $1499 [Hidden Costs] What's more unreasonable??? Add GST 7%??? $1449 + 7% ( GST ) = $1550.23 !. I not sure, but why are they selling above Apple RRP 2. What Pace Advertised was NO HIDDEN COST, NO MARKUP 3. Can a retail shop add GST from the price they already place on the items? 4. Is the shop subject to GST payment?? [Billing] I am currently checking on this. If anyone know the procedure pls advise. In the meantime I am not paying the subsequent instalment. Was late for 3 days. Pace send an email stating they will ask DEBT COLLECTORS TO COLLECT. DEBT COLLECTORS WhatsApp and show how "Garang" they are in a FB Post hinting that they can make sure we pay2
