Hi Tim, based on the requirement for miles that don't expire, your choices are down to DBS Altitude, Citi PremierMiles and OCBC 90ºN - with the Visa and AMEX variant. These three function pretty much the same way - miles that don't expire, 1.2mpd per local spend and conversion fees to redeem miles with airline partners.

I'd choose Citi PM over the rest because of the greater airline partners (12 versus 4 for DBS and 1 for OCBC) and 2 free airport lounge visits (same for DBS but none for OCBC).

And don't forget to hit the sign up bonuses, which should be pretty easy based on your expenses. All the best!

Check which cards give you miles on CardUp(http://Will my spend on CardUp earn rewards on my credit card?).

For no expiry, your only options are:

  • Citi PremierMiles Visa Card

  • Citi PremierMiles American Express Card

  • DBS Altitude Visa Signature Card

  • DBS Altitude American Express Card

  • OCBC 90ºN Card

On this list, the best card is Citi PremierMiles American Express at 1.3mpd. However, the card is being discontinued.

Your next best options are all 1.2mpd, so choose your pick.

If you do not want expiry date for miles,I feel dbs altitude is the best card.but the general spend is only 1.2 mpd better to have specialised cards for your expenditure for more points but some got expiry date
