Hi Thumelen, there is definitely a risk of a roboadvisor shutting down for whatsoever reason, heck investments in itself also have risks. But in order to grow one's wealth, these risks are necessary. But ofc to reduce these risks, you have to do the necessary due diligence.

When I compare robo-advisors, I usually look at the reviews, how long have they been in the market, how have they performed, are their investment methodology aligned to mind, have they been listening to their customers and improving their products etc.

After tonnes of researching, reading reviews, watching webinars etc, I then decided to try my hand out with Syfe's 100% Reits portfolio as a way of diversification into the Reits market (which coincidentally is what you are also looking for). Syfe hasn't been in the market for v long but their customer service, the team, their investment methodology, their products and the way they kept engaging potential customers through regular webinars are what led me to choose them. Yes there may be risk of any robos closing but it's a risk I'm willing to take as I can see them staying for the long term.

Disclaimer: I'm not working for Syfe but do have a look at their Website. If you ever need a referral code feel free to use mine SRPRVU3QF :)

There are some robo-advisors that have REITs or income related portfolios.

Examples:

StashAway - Income portfolio that has REITs component
Syfe - REIT+ portfolios (REITs+Bonds or REITs only)
