Maybe you'd better stick to REIT ETFs for being diversified

Any idea why Syfe's 100% Reit portfolio has lower 5 year historical returns (4.8%) than the Reits with Risk Mgt portfolio (6%)? In this case, what is the good thing about the 100% Reit portfolio?
