What are some of the best ways to get rewards or rebates using Grab/Dash/Revolut/Crypto/TransferWise/YouTrip?

Seeing you could use a credit card linked to GrabPay (and get both credit card rewards and GrabPoints for transactions), what is the best way to store/move money through linked accounts to get the highest rebate/cash back payout keeping in mind the fees these companies may charge for top-ups as well.

Think this has been answered many times. top up grab using uob one or citi rewards or Amex krisflyer, then use grab master card to top up the others.
