Sam (Endowus): There is a major trend towards digitalisation and moving online, which would benefit all of us. But what is really important as an investor, is trying to pick between these different options, do your due diligence about the differences.

Michele (Stashaway): Besides robo-advisors, even for investors, it is good to prepare yourselves before such an event actually happens. You need to think about portfolio allocation and risk management before things go bad, because then it is too late. It is impossible to time the market. Therefore, if you do wait until the market gets rough and not prepare yourself, then you are too late. Nobody knew, at least 2 months ago for this part of the market, that the bottom is going to be on 23 March. So trying to pick the day is impossible and you need to prepare yourself.
