Unable to link my DBS Multi-Currency Account with my Vickers account?

I am trying to trade the london stk market via vickers. However I am not able to link my DBS Multi-Currency Account with my Vickers account. I log in via DBS ibanking under Invest to toggle to Vickers online trading site as suggest by vickers

After authentication it brings me to Account Linkage, after agreeing to the terms and condition, i clicked on next and it says "Session Timeout".

Am i missing out something? I have email DBS vickers but the respond was not tremendous.

You can try: log in to DBS/POSB iBanking, select Invest DBS Vickers Online Trading. Go to Account Management and click on Switch/Link Existing MCA.

If that doesnt work, you can contact DBS for their help.
