Should I use my rental income to invest instead of paying my home loan? Rental income - $X Home loan - $Y Shortfall - $Z=Y-X = $300?
I understand that the basic idea is to place $X where it will perform better than CPF's 2.5%. Am thinking of putting this extra cash into StashAway or Endowus. What are your thoughts?
