Am currently partially using CPF to pay for my home loan and want to switch to fully using cash. Is it easy to reapply to use CPF again in the future? Should i pay minimal CPF or cease CPF payment?

Leaving $1 for CPF payments gives you flexibility to adjust on CPF end without having to go through any re-application.
