Both are around $50 annually. Are they the same as fire insurance? Do I need to get a separate fire insurance? Mine is a resale flat which I bought in 2017.

The best way to get an answer is to check with the respective insurers or to read the fine prints in the policy contract. Meanwhile, I will suggest you to consolidate your policies and get (or keep) one that fits into your needs. Thereupon, you will likely have some premium savings while getting the right insurance coverage.
