If I would like to buy US ETFs, what is recommended?

I understand that FSMOne commission is very low, so should I DCA or buy it when the market is low?

DCA because you won't know when the market is low.

Also, when the market is low, there is a good chance that you'll be expecting it to drop lower and won't go in. If you automate your DCA, all this will happen automatically and you won't be afraid of your emotions getting in the way.

Be aware that US ETFs may present tax issues. Do try to read up on things like US dividend taxes, or tax domiciled funds/etfs first.
