I read about getting 10k miles for having a minimum daily average of $10k in a newly opened DBS account, is this true?

I happened to chance upon this link, anyone happened to have enjoyed this benefit? Because I can't seem to find this on DBS site. Just wanted to confirm the steps to be taken:

  1. Apply for DBS altitude
  2. Open a new DBS account online - Multiplier, or Multi-Currency Autosave, or POSB eEveryday Savings
  3. 10k minimum daily average in this account for 6 months
  4. 5k DBS points or 10k miles after 6 months

MileLion's article tends to be back up by research and actions by the founder and his team.

I will trust it as much.

And it is in DBS Website. (you can find the link in the MileLion article you shared)
https://www.dbs.com.sg/personal/promotion/onlin...

In the first table, top right corner :- receive 5,000 DBS Points (worth 10,000 miles)

You must be a DBS altitude cardmember

Whether its worth it or not depends on how much you price the mile.

Have a good flying journey! ^.^
