How is FSMOne able to do RSP min. amount of $50 for VOO ETF? Do they do something similar to purchasing fractional shares on our behalf?

Yes, they allow fractional shares for their ETF RSP.

I was thinking of investing regularly via FSMone's RSP. I am already investing in VOO via RSP. Would you consider adding the Gold ETF such as SPDR® Gold MiniShares or SPDR Gold Shares?

Realized that, FSMOne doesn't allow RSP into ETF's which are not on their "list". For example, I am able to buy ARKK ETF but this ETF is not on their list for RSP. Anyone encountered this same issue ?
