For SIA Rights Issue, such as the 'Rights Shares'. I've bought some SIA shares on 21/4/20 using FSMOne without a CDP account. Will I be able to purchase the new Rights Shares if i want to?

If i am able to purchase the new Rights Share, how will i be able to purchase it on FSMOne?

Will i get dividends from SGX-Listed stocks in FSMOne account without having a CDP account?

Furthermore, since the share's price will be diluted after this funding, will SIA shares be able to hit back to the average pricing of $8ish per share once COVID-19 is over? Or will the dilution cause the peak of the share prices to drop too after COVID-19.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Joseph, if you've bought SIA shares on 21 April, you should be entitled to its rights issue, provided it's approved by shareholders and you don't sell before 6 May. More info on the timeline here: https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/SIA%20Rights%20I...

Since your shares are held under custodian with FSMOne, it would be best to check with them on the process and how do you subscribe for the rights. I'm not entirely sure on how it works for FSMOne as I don't have prior experience with rights issue with the broker.

For your question on dividends, yes, you will receive cash dividends into your cash account. More info here: https://secure.fundsupermart.com/fsm/advice-ser... under question 2.

Regarding share price going back to pre-Covid-19 levels, we can't know for sure what will happen to the price. It may or may not go back to the $8-level.
