How can Singaporean investors buy Vanguard funds?

I assume you are referring to Vanguard ETFs and not their mutual fund class.

These are listed on the US market and you will require a broker that allows you to transact there. Either TD Ameritrade or Interactive Brokers will be good. Avoid the local brokers as the brokerage fee is much higher.

I personally use TD Ameritrade and I like their robust and straightforward platform. There is an embedded chart that is great to use as well.

Both works. You can buy it through setting up an account with a local brokerage or that of a foreign brokerage such as Interactive brokers

Hi Victor,

You need to open a trading account with any broker that can carry vanguard funds.

In other words, just go directly to the broker to open an account.

Remember to sign the W8-Ben form to declare your tax residency status.
