ETF Investing via FSMOne RSP vs IBKR, which is better?

Is there any catch/hidden fees on ETF investing via FSMOne as compared to IBKR? The fees are comparable and I can invest smaller amounts via FSMOne. Downside being lesser choices, bigger forex spread (true?), no UCITS selections on FSMOne. Anything else I missed out?

FSMOne have the dividend handling fees of min $2.50 (biggest drawback). The forex spread is 0.25%.
IBKR dun hv dividend handling fees and almost spot rate. But u need bigger investment amount to make $10 transaction fees worth it.
