Both ride on M1's network, so network quality should be about the same. Instead, you should find a plan that suits you best.

What I would suggest is to be on the lookout for promotions, sometimes they come up with really good deals. Circles recently had a unlimited data and talk plan for $18 (still ongoing for CIS I believe), and their base 20GB plan for $7 during 11.11 last year.

When a new and better promotion comes about, just switch. 😂​​​
