Please explain why or why not. Thanks!
The good thing is that :
1) you get the many different grants that's available.
2) You get it faster.
3) You get to choose the location you want.
4) You get to see the unseen aspect of the unit, afternoon sun or defects if any.
The downside is:
1) You don't get to enjoy the huge increase in capital appreciation.
2) You have to cough up a huge amount for reno if it's an old resale flat.
