[Poll] Are you Team HDB BTO or HDB Resale right now?

Unfortunately, when COVID hit us, the construction sector took a big hit as well. With a long waiting period of 4 to 6 years for BTO completion, are you leaning more towards applying for a BTO or just getting a Resale? Assuming a couple decides to apply for a BTO together at age 25 (which is already considered very young lmao), they might only be able to move in together when they are 31. Are BTOs really worth the wait?

I would think most people are forced into Team Resale by circumstance HAHAHA
