With 1) HDB Resale Price Index starting to soften 2) Many BTO supplies coming up 3) GE possibly coming soon, what do you all think of HDB prices in the coming months?

DISCLAIMER: Not speculating, just gathering opinion on my fellow seedly community member's sentiment for my own learning.

Refering to the picture attached, what do you guys think of HDB prices in the future? Will HDB-owners start to upgrade to private property to ride the next wave? Or will they hold on to their HDB for the next 8 to 9 years as seen before?

Christmas coming, then new years on Jan, then Feb chinese new years.... everybody holiday mood... think must wait till march 2024 then see.. resale market transaction volume should slowdown.
