Do you guys think resale HDB (3-rooms) market will be cooling in the coming months - 2024?

Went for some house viewings recently for 3-room resale. Sellers are asking for $360,000 minimum for low floors lol Some buyers outbid me by $30k - $40k. When is the wind going to change to favour buyers aka buyers' market?

No, the property market will not cool in the near future as the economy is still doing well

I think 2024 end of year probably will go down much. Now interest rate super high with new flats coming up. Resale old flat has lesser years left. The buyer has no flat end of 99 years plus old flat has much pest. I'm surprised if buyer willing to continue to pay much.

Wait for a 5-10% retracement on the property price index, then it can be considered a buyers market....
