Seeking advice on resale flat. Should my fiancé and I get a 3-room hdb now (only me working) or wait for another 2-3 years to get condo/bigger 4/5-room hdb when he starts working (combined income x2)?

Plan is to have children ~5 years from now, if it's the 3-room we'll move out before kid arrives. Which is the wiser financial choice?

I agree you can move in with your wife now if you can afford the 3 room flat, share cpf expenses with your wife.
