Why is the minimum amount to invest with Endowus $10k?

Wanted to invest with Endowus, heard some pretty good things about them and their portfolios look pretty solid too! But I don't have $10k to invest...

You can use your CPF, SRS, cash or a mixture to fund the $10k amount.
