Which platform has lower fees considering I am DCA the iShares CSPX on a monthly basis?

I know that TD Ameritrade is out, since they only have US market and I need LSE. Also rule out SG local brokers as they are expensive. Looking at IB, Saxo and Standchart.

Am looking at the all the total fees regardless what they are. I can think of a few.

Brokerage Fee
Minumum holding fee
Custodian Fee
FOREX spread

Who has the lowest fee for DCA monthly? I read from other forums saying that FOREX spreads can be reduced by using using Transferwise to top up. Thoughts?

Why is Ameritrade-Charles Schwab out?

The TD Ameritrade account, open to foreigners, has zero maintenance fee and zero commission fees for ETFs (in U.S. your choice would then be VOO or IVV).
